Abstract

At the present time E-Commerce in value pretty easy in terms of purchase of the and very often used, but there were no rules of laws governing E-Commerce of terms. The problem of validity of this research is occurring and dispute resolution. Research this law used the method normative focusing on positive law applicable. The result of research this law is so be fulfilled the requirement of article 1320 BW in the validity of the E-Commerce and dispute resolution in this E-Commerce if the party being disadvantaged then can ask for compensation for wanprestasi
