Abstract
This research aims to test the influence of Quality Work Life factors consist of Growth and Development, Participation, Physical Environment, Supervision, Pay and Benefit, Social Relevance, and Workplace Integration to organizational commitment of project manager. This research adopts the instrument by Razali (2004). Data collecting conducted by disseminating questionare. Respondent consist of project managers in Yogyakarta and central of Java. The research use regression and tested with the F test and t test. Result indicate that there are influence of Quality Work Life factors consist of Growth and Development, Participation, Physical Environment, Supervision, Pay and Benefit, Social Relevance, and Workplace Integration to organizational commitment of project manager. The dominant factor that have influence to project manager is pay and benefit. This research support the result Razali (2004) research
