Abstract

The objective of the research is to evaluate the strategy conducted by PT. BPR. Salaman Arga Kencana, in banking industry in Magelang Regency area, especially Salaman. The analysis instrument which is applied is SWOT, consisting IFAS, EFAS, SFAS and TWOS Matrix to identify strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. By evaluating this strategy, it is expected that PT. BPR. Salaman Arga Kencana has to think about the right strategy to maintain the save position or if it is possible to increase its position in the banking industri in Magelang regency.
