Abstract

The role of a leader in an organization has an important essence in a company. This study aims to analysed whether there is an influence between transformational leadership style on employee performance. The subjects were employees of PT. Adidaya Tangguh. Data were collected by 44 respondents and analysed using simple linear regression method, processed with SPSS tool. From the results of the data processing, it shows that there is a significant and positive influence between transformational leadership style on employee performance.
