Abstract

This thesis is written under the title Strategic Management Plan Formulation of West Southeast Maluku Airport for the period 2014-2018. In order to achieve the desired goal is to be an international airport. The purpose of this thesis is to make a strategic formulation, which can be suggested to support future performance Saumlaki Airport. It is expected that the results of this thesis can provide a contribution action through strategic planning for the development of Saumlaki Airport. In this thesis the author did both internally and externally observation to determine the strategic factors which are owned by Saumlaki Airport of Maluku district. SWOT analysis which is EFAS and IFAS analysis used in this thesis. These factors were then summarized and analyzed to determine what strategic actions should be done with the use of SFAS analysis and TOWS matrix.
