Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the Dimensions of Organizational Culture and Performance Employee Satisfaction in particular the employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Branch Sudirman Yogyakarta. The sample in this study were 137 employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Consumer Loan, Credit Card, Risk Based Capital, and Priority Banking, and analysis tools for the study using Multiple Linear Regression. The results show appreciation variables and variable relationships with significant management positive effect on job satisfaction variable separately, while the variable commitment to personal and work environment variable does not significantly affect the job satisfaction variable separately. Other results showed that the variables of personal commitment and work environment variables significantly positive effect on employee performance variable separately, while for the award variable and variable relationship with management was not significantly affect employee performance variables separately. And job satisfaction variables significantly positive effect on employee performance variables separately.
