Abstract
This research aims to (1) analyzing the relationship between the level of concept-orientation and socio-orientation with role of child in purchasing decision making, (2) analyzing sequence mount role of child in purchasing decision making when seen from four typology of parent communication, (3) analyzing parent communication patterns and role of child in purchasing decision making evaluated from defference of parent age, parent gender, child age, child gender, child sequence in your amount and family, with research location in Surakarta. This research adopt research instrument from Caranua and Vassallo journal, 2003. Data collecting conducted by distributes kuesioner and amount kuesioner counted 127 kuesioner tides. Technique analyse used by data is Product-Moment Pearson Correlation, Linear Regression, Mean and Oneway ANOVA.
